Refund policy
Refund and Returns Policy
At Movelle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights to return items and receive a refund, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Your right to cancel
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period".
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement sent to contact@movelleshop.com before the cooling-off period has expired. You may return the goods to us after cancelling.
Returning your items
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and, where possible, in their original packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the item is faulty, not as described, or was sent in error. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. All refunds are issued in Pounds Sterling (£).
Where you have chosen a more expensive delivery option than our standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of our standard delivery.
Faulty or damaged goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement. If an item is faulty, we will also refund your reasonable return postage costs.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may be exempt from the right to cancel, including goods that have been personalised or made to your specifications, and sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene or health protection. Any such exemptions will be made clear to you before you place your order.
How to start a return
To begin a return or to report a fault, please email us at contact@movelleshop.com with your order number and details of the item concerned. We will guide you through the process.
